The Desert Sunrise Golden Hawks volleyball squad (Maricopa, AZ), dropped 3-0 in Wednesday's non-league battle with the host Combs Coyotes (San Tan Valley, AZ)

With the win, Combs improves its record to 2-2 on the season. The Coyotes travel to Gilbert Classical Academy (Gilbert, AZ) to encounter the Spartans in a non-league battle on Friday, March 28. The Spartans go into the battle with a record of 3-0. Gilbert Classical Academy won 3-0 in their recent league battle against ALA - Anthem South (Florence, AZ)

The Golden Hawks now own a 1-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Dysart for a 4A Black Canyon battle on Tuesday, April 1. Desert Sunrise will encounter a Demons squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Cesar Chavez (Laveen, AZ). The Demons record now stands at 5-2.
