The Cherokee Trail Cougars lacrosse team (Aurora, CO), was overwhelmed 19-7 in Wednesday's league battle with the visiting Cherry Creek Bruins (Greenwood Village, CO)

With the victory, Cherry Creek advances its record to 2-3 on the season. The Bruins host ThunderRidge (Highlands Ranch, CO) to encounter the Grizzlies in a non-league battle on Thursday, March 27. The Grizzlies come into the battle with a record of 2-1. ThunderRidge won 17-13 in their recent non-league battle against Lake Oswego (Lake Oswego, OR)

The Cougars now sport a 1-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Rock Canyon for a non-league battle on Friday, March 28. Cherokee Trail will encounter a Jaguars team coming off a 15-11 non-league loss to Cherry Creek (Greenwood Village, CO). The Jaguars record now stands at 1-2.
