The Brush Beetdiggers (Brush, CO) baseball trounced the visiting Resurrection Christian Cougars (Loveland, CO), 7-1 in Thursday's league challenge.

The Beetdiggers now own a 5-2 record. They take the field next when they host Fowler for a non-league challenge on Friday, March 28. Brush will clash with a Grizzlies team coming off a 4-2 non-league win over Monte Vista (Monte Vista, CO). The Grizzlies record now stands at 3-1.

With the defeat, Resurrection Christian drops to 3-4 on the year. The Cougars host Lutheran (Parker, CO) to clash with the Lions in a non-league challenge on Thursday, April 3. The Lions go into the challenge with a record of 5-4.
