Valor Preparatory Academy Knights (Waco, TX) followers left the game satisfied Friday as they saw their baseball team get by the host Hill Country Christian Rams (San Marcos, TX), 4-3 in a league battle.

The Knights (2-2) will now prepare for their battle against Bishop Reicher Catholic (Waco, TX). The Cougars enter the TAPPS Division V District 5 battle with a 2-12 record. In their last battle, Bishop Reicher Catholic was tipped by Bracken Christian (Bulverde, TX), 16-0, in a league battle.

Next, the Rams face the Sacred Heart Indians (Hallettsville, TX) in a TAPPS Division V District 5 battle, on Tuesday, April 1. Hill Country Christian will attempt to upgrade on its 2-7 season record. The Indians enter the battle with a 24-5 record after their 6-0 league win over St. Paul (Shiner, TX).
