Blue Valley Southwest Timberwolves (Overland Park, KS) backers exited the stadium satisfied Friday as they saw their lacrosse team nip the visiting Erie Tigers (Erie, CO), 9-8 in a non-league game.

With the victory, Blue Valley Southwest improves its record to 3-1 on the season. The Timberwolves host Creighton Prep (Omaha, NE) to play the Junior Jays in a non-league game on Saturday, March 29. The Junior Jays come into the game with a record of 0-1. Creighton Prep lost 15-4 in their recent non-league game against Olathe East (Olathe, KS)

The Tigers now have a 3-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Shawnee Mission East for a non-league game on Saturday, March 29. Erie will play a Lancers team coming off a 11-8 league win over Park Hill (Kansas City, MO). The Lancers record now stands at 2-0.
