The United Golden Eagles (Hanoverton, OH) baseball trounced the host West Greene Pioneers (Waynesburg, PA), 13-3 in Saturday's non-league challenge.

The Golden Eagles now own a 2-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Wellsville for a Eastern Ohio Athletic challenge on Monday, March 31. United will clash with a Tigers team coming off a 27-0 league loss to Columbiana (Columbiana, OH). The Tigers record now stands at 0-1.

With the defeat, West Greene drops to 0-6 on the year. The Pioneers travel to Sewickley Academy (Sewickley, PA) to clash with the in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, April 1.
