California High School Volleyball - Santa Cruz can't get by Sanger

The Sanger Apaches edged the host Santa Cruz Cardinals volleyball squad by a final score of 2-1 in Saturday's non-league game.

Next up, the Apaches confront the Archbishop Mitty Monarchs (San Jose, CA) in a non-league game, on Saturday, March 29. Sanger will attempt to advance on its 20-6 season record. The Monarchs go into the game with a 10-0 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Whitney (Rocklin, CA).

The Cardinals (6-1) will now prepare for their game against San Lorenzo Valley (Felton, CA). The Cougars go into the SCCAL game with a 3-6 record. In their last game, San Lorenzo Valley nudged Scotts Valley (Scotts Valley, CA), 3-0, in a league game.
