New York High School Lacrosse - Yorktown drops to South Side
March 29, 2025: Rockville Centre, NY 11570 The Yorktown Huskers lacrosse team (Yorktown Heights, NY), was overwhelmed 18-10 in Saturday's non-league battle with the host South Side Cyclones (Rockville Centre, NY)
With the victory, South Side advances its record to 1-0 on the season. The Cyclones travel to Massapequa (Massapequa, NY) to encounter the Chiefs in a non-league battle on Thursday, April 3. The Chiefs come into the battle with a record of 0-0.
The Huskers now sport a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Greeley for a non-league battle on Wednesday, April 2. Yorktown will encounter a Quakers team coming off a 16-3 non-league loss to Rye (Rye, NY). The Quakers record now stands at 0-1.
