The Clear Springs Chargers triumphed over the visiting Clear Brook Wolverines softball squad by a count of 11-5 in Saturday's league challenge.

Next, the Chargers meet the Clear Lake Falcons (Houston, TX) in a 6A Region III District 24 challenge, on Tuesday, April 1. Clear Springs will attempt to upgrade on its 13-4 season record. The Falcons enter the challenge with a 12-5 record after their 7-3 league loss to Brazoswood (Clute, TX).

The Wolverines (3-13) will now prepare for their challenge against Dickinson (Dickinson, TX). The Gators enter the 6A Region III District 24 challenge with a 6-18 record. In their last challenge, Dickinson was routed by Clear Creek (League City, TX), 12-9, in a league challenge.
