The Palisades Pumas baseball team scored 19 runs and held the host Berry Cardinals to 8 in the Pumas league win on Tuesday.

The Pumas now hold a 3-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Sun Valley for a non-league test on Thursday, March 6. Palisades will play a Spartans team coming off a 7-2 non-league win over Butler (Matthews, NC). The Spartans record now stands at 2-0.

With the defeat, Berry drops to 1-3 on the year. The Cardinals travel to Palisades (Charlotte, NC) to play the Pumas in a So Meck 4A test on Friday, March 7. The Pumas go into the test with a record of 3-1. Palisades won 19-8 in their recent league test against Berry (Charlotte, NC)
