Northwood Chargers (Pittsboro, NC) followers exited the stadium satisfied Tuesday as they saw their lacrosse team gain a win over the visiting Cedar Ridge Fighting Red Wolves (Hillsborough, NC), 11-8 in a league game.

With the victory, Northwood advances its record to 2-1 on the season. The Chargers host Southern Alamance (Graham, NC) to play the Patriots in a Central/Mid-Carolina game on Wednesday, March 5. The Patriots come into the game with a record of 1-0. Southern Alamance won 18-3 in their recent non-league game against Western Guilford (Greensboro, NC)
