The Mesa Jackrabbits basketball team scored 56 points and limited the host Liberty Lions to 53 in the Jackrabbits non-league triumph on Wednesday.

The Jackrabbits now possess a 22-7 record. They play next when they travel to Brophy College Prep for a non-league game on Saturday, March 8. Mesa will confront a Broncos team coming off a 68-48 non-league win over Highland (Gilbert, AZ). The Broncos record now stands at 18-11.

With the loss, Liberty falls to 18-11 on the campaign.
