In Thursday's non-league game, the host North Marion Colts baseball team scored a close 7-5 win over the Vanguard Knights.

The Colts (5-6) will now prepare for their game against Bishop Kenny (Jacksonville, FL). The Crusaders go into the non-league game with a 1-8 record. In their last game, Bishop Kenny by Clay (Green Cove Springs, FL), 14-2, in a non-league game.
