Augusta Christian Lions (Martinez, GA) supporters left the game pleased Thursday as they saw their softball squad thwart the visiting South Aiken Baptist Christian CRUSADERS (Aiken, SC), 19-2 in a non-league game.

With the triumph, Augusta Christian improves its record to 1-1 on the year. The Lions host Heathwood Hall Episcopal (Columbia, SC) to play the Highlanders in a SCISA AAAA Region I game on Tuesday, March 11. The Highlanders enter the game with a record of 0-0.
