In Friday's non-league bout, the Summit SkyHawks (Fontana, CA) baseball squad nipped the visiting Rancho Cucamonga Cougars (Rancho Cucamonga, CA), by a score of 3-2.

Next up, the SkyHawks encounter the Grand Terrace Titans (Grand Terrace, CA) in a Sunkist bout, on Wednesday, March 12. Summit will attempt to advance on its 4-3 season record. The Titans enter the bout with a 4-1 record after their 2-1 non-league win over Diamond Bar (Diamond Bar, CA).
