Platte Valley Broncos (Kersey, CO) boosters left the game satisfied Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad nudge the host Gunnison Cowboys (Gunnison, CO), 41-34 in a non-league match.

With the victory, Platte Valley betters its record to 16-8 on the season. The Broncos travel to Resurrection Christian (Loveland, CO) to battle the Cougars in a non-league challenge on Saturday, March 8. The Cougars come into the challenge with a record of 21-2. Resurrection Christian lost 50-38 in their recent non-league challenge against University (Greeley, CO)
