The Aquilla Cougars (Aquilla, TX) baseball trounced the host Bishop Reicher Catholic Cougars (Waco, TX), 9-0 in Saturday's non-league challenge.

The Cougars now own a 5-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Hamilton for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, March 11. Aquilla will clash with a Bulldogs team coming off a 6-4 non-league win over Cross Roads (Malakoff, TX). The Bulldogs record now stands at 4-4.

With the defeat, Bishop Reicher Catholic drops to 1-3 on the year. The Cougars host Bracken Christian (Bulverde, TX) to clash with the Warriors in a TAPPS Division V District 5 challenge on Tuesday, March 11. The Warriors go into the challenge with a record of 5-8.
