The Metairie Park Country Day Cajuns baseball squad (Metairie, LA), was overwhelmed 10-5 in Saturday's non-league contest with the visiting South Lafourche Tarpons (Galliano, LA)

With the triumph, South Lafourche moves its record to 8-7 on the season. The Tarpons host St. Edmund (Eunice, LA) to confront the Fighting Blue Jays in a non-league contest on Saturday, March 8. The Fighting Blue Jays come into the contest with a record of 6-7. St. Edmund won 18-3 in their recent non-league contest against Northwest (Opelousas, LA)
