March 8, 2025: Pequot Lakes, MN 56472 Pequot Lakes Patriots (Pequot Lakes, MN) boosters left the game satisfied Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the visiting Marshall Hilltoppers (Duluth, MN), 73-28 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Pequot Lakes upgrades its record to 20-7 on the year. The Patriots host Staples-Motley (Staples, MN) to face the Cardinals in a AA Section 7 match on Wednesday, March 12. The Cardinals enter the match with a record of 15-12. Staples-Motley won 67-45 in their recent league match against Barnum (Barnum, MN)
The Hilltoppers now sport a 8-16 record.
