In Tuesday's league bout, the Our Lady of Good Counsel Falcons (Olney, MD) baseball squad nipped the visiting DeMatha Stags (Hyattsville, MD), by a score of 2-1.

Next up, the Falcons encounter the Bishop McNamara Mustangs (Forestville, MD) in a Washington Catholic bout, on Thursday, April 3. Our Lady of Good Counsel will attempt to advance on its 10-3 season record. The Mustangs enter the bout with a 3-8 record after their 5-0 league loss to St. Mary's Ryken (Leonardtown, MD).
