Marian Catholic Spartans (Chicago Heights, IL) boosters left the game satisfied Tuesday as they saw their volleyball squad edge the visiting Rich Township Raptors (Olympia Fields, IL), 2-1 in a non-league test.

With the win, Marian Catholic improves its record to 2-4 on the season. The Spartans host St. Laurence (Burbank, IL) to face the Vikings in a non-league test on Tuesday, April 8. The Vikings go into the test with a record of 0-3. St. Laurence lost 2-1 in their recent non-league test against Loyola Academy (Wilmette, IL)

The Raptors now own a 0-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Oak Lawn for a non-league test on Thursday, April 3. Rich Township will face a Spartans squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Riverside-Brookfield (Riverside, IL). The Spartans record now stands at 1-2.
