With the triumph, Andrews improves its record to 8-1 on the year. The Yellowjackets host Waccamaw (Pawley's Island, SC) to face the Warriors in a non-league contest on Thursday, April 3. The Warriors enter the contest with a record of 2-5. Waccamaw lost 21-0 in their recent league contest against Georgetown (Georgetown, SC)
The Iron Horses now hold a 1-4 record. They play next when they host Timberland for a AA Region 6 contest on Tuesday, April 8. Philip Simmons will face a Wolves squad coming off a 17-4 league win over Academic Magnet (North Charleston, SC). The Wolves record now stands at 4-3.
