Upper Sandusky Rams (Upper Sandusky, OH) followers left the game pleased Saturday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting Hopewell-Loudon Chieftains (Bascom, OH), 6-4 in a non-league match.

With the triumph, Upper Sandusky moves its record to 4-1 on the season. The Rams travel to Wynford (Bucyrus, OH) to battle the Royals in a Northern 10 match on Tuesday, April 15. The Royals come into the match with a record of 5-2. Wynford lost 7-3 in their recent non-league match against Galion (Galion, OH)

The Chieftains now possess a 7-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to St. Joseph Central Catholic for a Sandusky Bay - River match on Monday, April 14. Hopewell-Loudon will battle a Crimson Streaks squad coming off a 12-2 league loss to Gibsonburg (Gibsonburg, OH). The Crimson Streaks record now stands at 0-6.
