The Desert Vista Thunder softball team scored 10 runs and held the visiting Skyline Coyotes to 0 in the Thunder non-league win on Saturday.

The Thunder now possess a 18-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Mountain View for a non-league battle on Tuesday, April 15. Desert Vista will confront a Toros team coming off a 5-3 league loss to Red Mountain (Mesa, AZ). The Toros record now stands at 17-7.

With the loss, Skyline moves to 4-19 on the season. The Coyotes host Dobson (Mesa, AZ) to confront the Mustangs in a 6A East Valley battle on Tuesday, April 15. The Mustangs come into the battle with a record of 4-17. Dobson lost 20-2 in their recent league battle against Red Mountain (Mesa, AZ)
