The Martinsville Artesians softball squad (Martinsville, IN), was routed 14-4 in Monday's non-league contest with the host Center Grove Trojans (Greenwood, IN)

With the triumph, Center Grove improves its record to 5-2 on the year. The Trojans host Brownsburg (Brownsburg, IN) to face the Bulldogs in a non-league contest on Thursday, April 17. The Bulldogs enter the contest with a record of 6-2. Brownsburg won 15-5 in their recent league contest against Westfield (Westfield, IN)

The Artesians now hold a 4-5 record. They play next when they travel to Greenwood for a Mid-State contest on Tuesday, April 15. Martinsville will face a Woodmen squad coming off a 11-10 non-league win over Lawrence Central (Indianapolis, IN). The Woodmen record now stands at 3-3.
