The Butler Bulldogs lacrosse squad (Matthews, NC), was overwhelmed 18-2 in Tuesday's league contest with the host Myers Park Mustangs (Charlotte, NC)

Coming up next, the Mustangs confront the Marvin Ridge Mavericks (Waxhaw, NC) in a non-league contest, on Wednesday, April 17. Myers Park will attempt to advance on its 9-7 season record. The Mavericks enter the contest with a 10-3 record after their 18-2 league win over Parkwood (Monroe, NC).

The Bulldogs now own a 4-8 record. They play next when they travel to Providence for a non-league contest on Tuesday, April 23. Butler will confront a Panthers squad coming off a 15-0 league win over Independence (Charlotte, NC). The Panthers record now stands at 5-8.
