The Columbia Blue Devils baseball team scored 14 runs and held the visiting Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake Spartans to 6 in the Blue Devils league win on Wednesday.

The Blue Devils now own a 2-2 record. They take the field next when they host Bethlehem Central for a Section 2 Suburban - Blue test on Thursday, April 17. Columbia will clash with a Eagles team coming off a 4-2 non-league loss to Saugerties (Saugerties, NY). The Eagles record now stands at 1-4.

With the defeat, Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake drops to 1-5 on the year. The Spartans travel to Ballston Spa (Ballston Spa, NY) to clash with the Scotties in a Section 2 Suburban - Blue test on Thursday, April 17. The Scotties go into the test with a record of 5-0.
