The Derry Trojans baseball squad (Derry, PA), was overwhelmed 11-5 in Wednesday's league contest with the visiting Highlands Golden Rams (Natrona Heights, PA)

With the triumph, Highlands moves its record to 6-5 on the season. The Golden Rams travel to Valley (New Kensington, PA) to confront the Vikings in a WPIAL 4A 3 contest on Tuesday, April 22. The Vikings come into the contest with a record of 5-8. Valley lost 7-0 in their recent non-league contest against Armstrong (Kittanning, PA)

The Trojans now possess a 4-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Indiana for a WPIAL 4A 3 contest on Thursday, April 17. Derry will confront a Little Indians squad coming off a 7-0 league win over Greensburg Salem (Greensburg, PA). The Little Indians record now stands at 10-0.
