April 16, 2025: North Kingstown, RI 02852 The crowd at Wednesday's non-league bout between the Cumberland Clippers (Cumberland, RI) and the host North Kingstown Skippers (North Kingstown, RI), observed Cumberland's softball team get by North Kingstown by a tally of 12-9.
The Clippers (1-0) will now prepare for their bout against Cranston West (Cranston, RI). The Falcons go into the non-league bout with a 2-1 record. In their last bout, Cranston West was routed by La Salle Academy (Providence, RI), 15-13, in a non-league bout.
In their next game, the Skippers clash with the Westerly Bulldogs (Westerly, RI) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, April 19. North Kingstown will attempt to advance on its 0-2 season record.
