California High School Baseball - Poway defeats San Marcos

The Poway Titans baseball team scored 14 runs and held the host San Marcos Knights to 8 in the Titans league win on Friday.

The Titans now hold a 6-11 record. They take the field next when they host Rancho Bernardo for a Coastal (NCC) test on Monday, April 21. Poway will play a Broncos team coming off a 6-4 league win over La Costa Canyon (Carlsbad, CA). The Broncos record now stands at 8-9.

With the defeat, San Marcos drops to 11-4 on the year. The Knights travel to Torrey Pines (San Diego, CA) to play the Falcons in a Coastal (NCC) test on Monday, April 21. The Falcons go into the test with a record of 10-8. Torrey Pines lost 7-6 in their recent league test against Carlsbad (Carlsbad, CA)
