April 19, 2025: Central, SC 29630 The Daniel Lions soccer squad scored 2 points and held the visiting T.L. Hanna Yellow Jackets to 0 in the Lions non-league victory on Saturday.
The Lions now hold a 13-5 record. They play next when they host Travelers Rest for a AAAA Region 2 bout on Tuesday, April 22. Daniel will encounter a Devildogs squad coming off a 2-1 league loss to Seneca (Seneca, SC). The Devildogs record now stands at 2-13.
With the loss, T.L. Hanna moves to 9-8 on the year. The Yellow jackets travel to Woodmont (Piedmont, SC) to encounter the Wildcats in a AAAAA Region 1 bout on Tuesday, April 22. The Wildcats go into the bout with a record of 5-10. Woodmont lost 7-0 in their recent league bout against J.L. Mann (Greenville, SC)
