In Wednesday's non-league game, the visiting First Baptist School Hurricanes baseball team scored a close 9-5 win over the Lowcountry Leadership NaviGators.

The Hurricanes (12-3) will now prepare for their game against Pinewood Prep (Summerville, SC). The Panthers go into the SCISA AAAA Region III game with a 15-2 record. In their last game, Pinewood Prep nudged Bridges Prep (Beaufort, SC), 10-0, in a non-league game.
