Washington High School Softball - Mount Tahoma bested by Peninsula
April 21, 2025: Gig Harbor, WA 98332 The Peninsula Seahawks triumphed over the visiting Mount Tahoma T-Birds softball squad by a count of 15-1 in Monday's non-league challenge.
Next, the Seahawks meet the Capital Cougars (Olympia, WA) in a 3A South Sound challenge, on Wednesday, April 23. Peninsula will attempt to upgrade on its 9-5 season record. The Cougars enter the challenge with a 4-5 record after their 19-1 non-league loss to Central Kitsap (Silverdale, WA).
The T-Birds (2-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Central Kitsap (Silverdale, WA). The Cougars enter the 3A Pierce County challenge with a 10-2 record. In their last challenge, Central Kitsap was routed by Timberline (Lacey, WA), 10-3, in a non-league challenge.
