In Tuesday's non-league bout, the Northern Nash Knights (Rocky Mount, NC) baseball squad overwhelmed the visiting First Flight Nighthawks (Kill Devil Hills, NC), by a tally of 12-2.

Next up, the Knights encounter the Southern Nash Firebirds (Bailey, NC) in a The Big East 2A/3A bout, on Monday, April 28. Northern Nash will attempt to upgrade on its 8-10 season record. The Firebirds enter the bout with a 12-11 record after their 12-2 non-league loss to South Stanly (Norwood, NC).

The Nighthawks (13-7) will now prepare for their bout against Currituck County (Barco, NC). The Knights enter the Northeastern Coastal 2A/3A bout with a 13-8 record. In their last bout, Currituck County was overwhelmed by Perquimans (Hertford, NC), 7-2, in a non-league bout.
