In Wednesday's non-league game, the host Archbishop Curley Friars baseball team scored a close 10-9 victory over the Our Lady of Good Counsel Falcons.

The Friars (13-7) will now prepare for their game against John Carroll (Bel Air, MD). The Patriots enter the MIAA A game with a 16-6 record. In their last game, John Carroll was tipped by Perkiomen School (Pennsburg, PA), 2-1, in a non-league game.

Next, the Falcons face the Riverdale Baptist Crusaders (Upper Marlboro, MD) in a non-league game, on Thursday, April 24. Our Lady of Good Counsel will attempt to improve on its 14-8 season record.
