Virginia High School Lacrosse - Meridian bounces Annandale
April 23, 2025: Annandale, VA 22003 The Meridian Mustangs lacrosse squad scored 24 points and limited the host Annandale Atoms to 1 in the Mustangs non-league triumph on Wednesday.
The Mustangs now hold a 5-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Liberty for a Northwestern challenge on Thursday, April 24. Meridian will clash with a Eagles squad coming off a 14-5 non-league loss to James Monroe (Fredericksburg, VA). The Eagles record now stands at 0-5.
With the loss, Annandale falls to 1-7 on the year. The Atoms host Falls Church (Falls Church, VA) to clash with the Jaguars in a National challenge on Thursday, May 1. The Jaguars go into the challenge with a record of 5-4. Falls Church won 19-0 in their recent league challenge against Mount Vernon (Alexandria, VA)
