The Amundsen Vikings soccer squad scored 3 points and held the visiting Taft Eagles to 1 in the Vikings league victory on Wednesday.

The Vikings now hold a 5-5 record. They play next when they travel to Lincoln Park for a Chicago Public Premier bout on Tuesday, April 29.

With the loss, Taft moves to 5-6 on the year. The Eagles host Conant (Hoffman Estates, IL) to play the Cougars in a non-league bout on Friday, April 25. The Cougars go into the bout with a record of 2-6. Conant lost 4-1 in their recent non-league bout against Hersey (Arlington Heights, IL)
