April 24, 2025: Wakefield, MA 01880 The Wakefield Memorial Warriors (Wakefield, MA) lacrosse routed the visiting North Reading Hornets (North Reading, MA), 11-5 in Thursday's non-league outing.
The Warriors now own a 9-0 record. They take the field next when they host Winchester for a Middlesex outing on Wednesday, April 30.
With the loss, North Reading falls to 0-1 on the year. The Hornets travel to Essex Tech (Hathorne, MA) to face the Hawks in a Cape Ann outing on Monday, April 28. The Hawks go into the outing with a record of 1-1.
