The Michigan City Wolves baseball squad (Michigan City, IN), was overwhelmed 16-9 in Saturday's non-league contest with the visiting Morgan Township Cherokees (Valparaiso, IN)

With the triumph, Morgan Township moves its record to 3-10 on the season. The Cherokees travel to Boone Grove (Valparaiso, IN) to confront the Wolves in a Porter County contest on Monday, April 28. The Wolves come into the contest with a record of 4-5. Boone Grove won 10-0 in their recent non-league contest against Griffith (Griffith, IN)

The Wolves now possess a 2-10 record. They put it on the line next when they host La Porte for a Duneland contest on Tuesday, April 29. Michigan City will confront a Slicers squad coming off a 4-0 non-league win over Plymouth (Plymouth, IN). The Slicers record now stands at 5-9.
