Virginia High School Lacrosse - Meridian nips Battlefield
April 26, 2025: Haymarket, VA 20169 In Saturday's non-league contest, the visiting Meridian Mustangs lacrosse squad scored a tight 10-9 triumph over the Battlefield Bobcats.
The Mustangs (7-3) will now prepare for their contest against Washington-Liberty (Arlington, VA). The Generals go into the non-league contest with a 5-4 record. In their last contest, Washington-Liberty held off McLean (McLean, VA), 15-14, in a league contest.
Next, the Bobcats meet the Langley Saxons (McLean, VA) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, April 26. Battlefield will attempt to better on its 9-3 season record. The Saxons go into the contest with a 6-4 record after their 19-1 league win over George C. Marshall (Falls Church, VA).
