In Saturday's non-league match, the visiting Roncalli Royals softball team scored a nice 14-4 victory over the Westfield Shamrocks.

The Royals (10-0) will now prepare for their match against Kokomo (Kokomo, IN). The Wildkats go into the non-league match with a 5-4 record. In their last match, Kokomo was routed by McCutcheon (Lafayette, IN), 7-3, in a non-league match.

In their next game, the Shamrocks battle the Bellmont Braves (Decatur, IN) in a non-league match, on Saturday, April 26. Westfield will attempt to better on its 5-4 season record. The Braves go into the match with a 4-3 record after their 3-2 non-league loss to Carroll (Fort Wayne, IN).
