The Burke Bengals baseball squad (Washington, DC), was overwhelmed 7-0 in Monday's league contest with the visiting Sandy Spring Friends Wildebeests (Sandy Spring, MD)

With the triumph, Sandy Spring Friends moves its record to 8-4 on the season. The Wildebeests travel to Avalon (Wheaton, MD) to confront the Black Knights in a non-league contest on Tuesday, April 29. The Black Knights come into the contest with a record of 5-13.

The Bengals now possess a 4-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host McLean for a contest on Wednesday, April 30.
