In Monday's non-league bout, the Lower Richland Diamond Hornets (Hopkins, SC) baseball squad overwhelmed the visiting Lee Central Stallions (Bishopville, SC), by a tally of 14-3.

Next up, the Diamond Hornets encounter the White Knoll Timberwolves (Lexington, SC) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, April 30. Lower Richland will attempt to upgrade on its 4-10 season record. The Timberwolves enter the bout with a 4-20 record after their 9-1 league loss to Chapin (Chapin, SC).

The Stallions (6-10) will now prepare for their bout against Great Falls (Great Falls, SC). The Red Devils enter the 1A Region 3 bout with a 11-12 record. In their last bout, Great Falls was overwhelmed by South Pointe (Rock Hill, SC), 16-8, in a non-league bout.
