The South Mecklenburg (Charlotte, NC) varsity lacrosse team won Tuesday's home non-conference game against Community School of Davidson (Davidson, NC) by a score of 11-10.
In Tuesday's non-league challenge, the host South Mecklenburg Sabres lacrosse squad scored a tight 11-10 triumph over the Community School of Davidson Spartans.
The Sabres (10-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Charlotte Catholic (Charlotte, NC). The Cougars go into the Southwestern/So Meck challenge with a 12-5 record.
Next, the Spartans clash with the Lake Norman Charter Knights (Huntersville, NC) in a Greater Metro/Queen City/Catawba Shores/S Piedmont challenge, on Thursday, May 1. Community School of Davidson will attempt to better on its 9-4 season record. The Knights go into the challenge with a 9-5 record after their 16-4 non-league win over SouthLake Christian Academy (Huntersville, NC).
