The Junction City Dragons (Junction City, AR) baseball got by the visiting Haynesville Golden Tornado (Haynesville, LA), 7-6 in Thursday's non-league challenge.

The Dragons now own a 5-8 record. They take the field next when they travel to Magnet Cove for a 2A Region 8 challenge on Monday, April 7.

With the defeat, Haynesville drops to 9-6 on the year. The Golden tornado host Ringgold (Ringgold, LA) to clash with the Redskins in a 1A District 1 challenge on Friday, April 4. The Redskins go into the challenge with a record of 5-9.
