The Whale Branch Warriors softball squad (Beaufort, SC), was routed 16-1 in Friday's league contest with the host Hampton County Hurricanes (Varnville, SC)

With the triumph, Hampton County improves its record to 3-3 on the year. The Hurricanes travel to Bridges Prep (Beaufort, SC) to face the Buccaneers in a contest on Tuesday, April 8. The Buccaneers enter the contest with a record of 4-7. Bridges Prep lost 13-2 in their recent non-league contest against Lowcountry Leadership (Hollywood, SC)
