In Saturday's non-league game, the visiting Rich Township Raptors baseball team scored a close 10-3 win over the Blue Island Eisenhower Cardinals.

The Raptors (1-4) will now prepare for their game against Bloom (Chicago Heights, IL). The Blazing Trojan go into the Southland game with a 1-7 record. In their last game, Bloom was overwhelmed by Manteno (Manteno, IL), 7-3, in a non-league game.

Next, the Cardinals play the Reavis Rams (Burbank, IL) in a South Suburban - Red game, on Monday, April 7. Blue Island Eisenhower will attempt to improve on its 3-4 season record. The Rams go into the game with a 5-4 record after their 7-5 non-league loss to Owensboro Catholic (Owensboro, KY).
