New Jersey High School Lacrosse - Iona Prep overwhelms Christian Brothers Academy
April 5, 2025: Lincroft, NJ 07738 Fans at Saturday's non-league contest between the Iona Prep Gaels (New Rochelle, NY) and the host Christian Brothers Academy Colts (Lincroft, NJ), witnessed Iona Prep's lacrosse squad achieve victory over Christian Brothers Academy by a count of 7-1.
The Gaels (3-1) will now prepare for their contest against Fordham Prep (Bronx, NY). The Rams enter the Catholic - Island contest with a 1-2 record. In their last contest, Fordham Prep nipped Poly Prep Country Day (Brooklyn, NY), 16-3, in a non-league contest.
Next, the Colts meet the Middletown South Eagles (Middletown, NJ) in a Shore A - North contest, on Monday, April 7. Christian Brothers Academy will attempt to move on its 2-3 season record. The Eagles enter the contest with a 2-1 record after their 13-12 non-league win over Wall Township (Wall, NJ).
