The Northern Garrett Huskies softball team scored 2 runs and held the visiting Berlin Brothersvalley Mountaineers to 1 in the Huskies non-league win on Wednesday.

The Huskies now possess a 1-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Allegany for a Western Maryland battle on Thursday, April 10. Northern Garrett will confront a Campers team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Frankfort (Ridgeley, WV). The Campers record now stands at 5-2.

With the loss, Berlin Brothersvalley moves to 2-1 on the season. The Mountaineers travel to Tussey Mountain (Saxton, PA) to confront the Titans in a non-league battle on Thursday, April 10. The Titans come into the battle with a record of 3-3. Tussey Mountain won 8-1 in their recent league battle against Mount Union (Mount Union, PA)
