The Boyertown Bears (Boyertown, PA) baseball trounced the visiting Perkiomen Valley Vikings (Collegeville, PA), 10-0 in Thursday's league challenge.

The Bears now own a 8-9 record. They take the field next when they host Pocono Mountain West for a non-league challenge on Saturday, May 3. Boyertown will clash with a Panthers team coming off a 16-1 league loss to Stroudsburg (Stroudsburg, PA). The Panthers record now stands at 2-14.

With the defeat, Perkiomen Valley drops to 12-5 on the year. The Vikings host Methacton (Norristown, PA) to clash with the Warriors in a Pioneer challenge on Monday, May 5.
